Terms of participation

Forum participants are provided with::

• the right to participate in the event (November 22-23);

• meals (November 22-23), coffee break, according to the program;

• place for bilateral meetings;

• handouts;

• simultaneous translation (Russian into English and English into Russian);

• company registration;

• transfer from the place of residence to the venue of the event.

The registration does not include transportation costs (arrival and departure from Tashkent), visa costs and hotel accommodation.

The application can be filled out and sent in a convenient way: on-line(on the website timf2022.uz , alternative address: forum.saipro.uz), by fax, by mail and by e-mail (info@saipro.uz).

Accommodation:
Accommodation at the hotel is paid by the participant himself.

The booking of a hotel room is carried out by the organizer, when registering a participant before November 5, 2022,

Hotel reservations are made independently, when registering a participant after November 5, 2022,

- for participants who require a visa to enter Uzbekistan - November 1, 2022;
- for participants who do not require a visa to enter Uzbekistan - November 15, 2022.
